Works well so far. To my knowledge it’s the best on the market for home use. You can take the pressure up to 500mmHg before getting into warranty-voiding territory, and you’ll want to because the bands aren’t very wide.4/5 stars because I think these and similar products should be wider. I’ve used Delfi bands in the PT clinic and they’re drastically more effective at around 1/3rd the pressure.

As a physical therapist trained in blood flow restriction, it was made very clear at a recent conference that the B STRONG BFR Cuffs are not effective at providing the stimulus needed for effective BFR. You are not able to measure full occlusion using these cuffs as they always allow bloodflow to the extremity no matter how much you inflate them. The speaker also explained how the materials are less than ideal including the metal portion that can grab your skin.
