does the cream contain Lidocane?

It’s plant based and has 2% menthol in it. In the inactive ingredients I do not see Lidocaine. The reason I chose it was because it was plant based and has different oils in it and I’ve already used Lidocaine without success. I really do like the product, the spray and the cream. To me it works better than other pain creams on the market. I use it for back pain and heel pain. Hope this helps.

Are all the different firms the same? Roll-on, spray, and cream?

I have all three. I am certain that they are the same. But, for me, the cream seems the most effective. The spray didn’t do much. The roll-on probably would, but not for a joint. I have an arthritic knee and found the roll-on wasn’t as useful as I had thought it would be. For soft areas it would be great. The cream - my initial purchase - is great for my knee. I get quick relief, altho it slowly wears off.

Can I have the fan running while I put it on to or do I have to have it off also how long do I have to have it on before I take a shower ?

I’m not an expert, just a user. I apply TIDL with the bathroom exhaust fan running. I apply it to dry skin after my shower. Showering after application would wash away the cream and the cooling/relaxing effect. It’s not a miracle, but this product definitely temporarily relieves pain and tension
