Why did you pick this product vs others?:This stuff works the best! My wife had 2 total knee replacements and this is the inly product that gave her relief.

Doesn’t do much for the quick pain relief as stated. It does have a nice aroma of winter green.Goes on nice not greasy.nice aroma and cooling feeling.Wasn’t happy about getting half a jar when paying for a full jar.There are several other creams that work better and last longer. Deep Heat for one works just a well and last longer. Update.Would not recommend or purchase again.Don’t purchase by all the 4 and 5 ratings.Update. This company stands behind there products. I wasn’t really happy my first purchase and left a low review.They refunded my money with out asking and has offered to send me some samples to try.So far I have used the Cryo Therapy spray with pretty good results.My wife has used it on her lower back and knee with favorable results. Time will tell on long term. Haven’t tried the numbing patch but will update as I do.Thanks for standing behind your products.

It doesn't get as cold as I hoped, its rather disappointing.

Menthol cream for aches and pain really works well and it not super cold like bio freeze but slightly cold in the muscles

I ordered this for my wife. the tub of cream came in an Amozon bag out of the box and half of it had spilled out in the bag! I have contacted there support team on here and have not heard back from them as of yet! The cream was only half full as the other half was in the Amazon bag! The cream is good to use for minor aches and pains, but buyer beware when ordering!
