I’ve now purchased two of these—one for each bathroom—and have been really happy with them. Installation was quick and straightforward, and everything fit properly without any issues. Even if you’re not particularly handy, this is a simple upgrade that doesn’t take much time to complete. One of the biggest things I noticed right away is how comfortable it is compared to a standard seat. It feels sturdy and well made, and it has held up well with everyday use. Another bonus for me was the convenience of being able to order it on Amazon and have it delivered instead of having to make a trip to the store and hope they had what I wanted in stock. The price was reasonable and the quality has been great so far. Overall, this has been a really solid purchase, and buying a second one for our other bathroom confirmed that it was a good choice. I just installed my Bemis 1500DEC 390 toilet seat and it couldn’t have been easier. I’ll admit I got lucky—my old seat used the same hardware, so I didn’t need to swap anything out. That said, the included hardware looks straightforward and easy to install if needed. One feature I absolutely love is that the seat lifts off completely. It makes cleaning around and under the hinge area quick and hassle-free—such a simple thing, but a big improvement. The seat itself is sturdy and attaches very securely. There’s no shifting or sliding, which is something I really appreciate. I also prefer wood over plastic—it just feels more comfortable. One thing to keep in mind, though: the painted finish doesn’t hold up well to strong cleaners or scrubbing. I learned that the hard way. Now I just use a soft cloth and mild soap (even antibacterial hand soap works fine), and that keeps it looking good. This model doesn’t have a soft-close feature, but since I live alone, that’s not an issue for me. A toilet seat is one of those everyday items you don’t think much about—until it starts to look worn. Having a clean, bright white seat really does make a difference, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

Superior to my old seat, it was easy to install. White, real white with sturdy hardware. not cheaply made. Great finishing, perhaps another two years or more before another replacement. My is the oval style, perfect sizing.

It's so heavy that it cracked on the seat, from the lid closing too fast, within days of buying it. The crack pinches but it was my only option to use for a couple weeks. Besides the cracking, it's an easy to install, decent seat. I'd just be careful with closing it. I'm just used to plastic ones that don't crack, I think.

Listen, I’m not going to be the customer who returns a toilet seat because I bought the round one instead of the elongated one and now my toilet looks like snaggletooth. But as a toilet seat it’s exactly that and exactly perfect. How much could you say about a good toilet seat? It’s a quality you only notice when it’s not there. Well made, easy to install, no fuss, reasonably priced. I can’t give it less stars because had I bought the right size it’d be perfect.

Easy to install and very sturdy! This seat will definitely hold up over time! I replaced all the toilet seats in my home with this brand and we are highly pleased! I love that this type of seat allows for easy cleaning. They are quite heavy, so do be careful when putting the seat down. Highly recommend. Great price too!

Super easy installation, you just need a screwdriver of some capacity. Fits the toilet well and feels sturdy and of a good quality. I have not tested the noise level, considering this is a wood toilet seat without any slow-closing features I imagine it would be fairly loud. I live in an apartment building so I will not be testing this willingly. Overall good toilet seat, pleased with the quality for the price

I ordered this product as it was a reasonable price and was what I was looking for. When it arrived, I was so very impressed with the quality of this toilet seat. It’s very sturdy and nice and heavy. It was very easy to install and looks amazing and is very comfortable Lol So good I ordered another one for our downstairs toilet as well.

Website did not advise on fixing centres - clearly this American product is for the home market of the USA. Screws at wrong centres for UK toilets. Will not be returning as the postage back to USA is cost prohibitive. Very poor information on your website - product itself appeared very sound and fit for purpose. BUYER BEWARE!

Llegó exactamente en la fecha estimada. Aún cuando venía desde Amazon Estados Unidos, llegó en excelentes condiciones, sin ningún daño. El asiento es fuerte, se nota la calidad del producto. Para los que tuvieron problemas con la rosca, no es necesario romper su pestaña o sujetador, lo único que tienen que hacer es enroscar hasta donde puedan y una vez que tope con la taza del baño, van a sujetar la rosca, y tomar un desarmador, y con ese desarmador, van a girar los tornillos de plástico. La rosca la van sujetar para que no se mueva, y solo van a mover o girar el tornillo con el desarmador. Yo le hice así, y sin ningún problema quedó instalado, y sin romper ninguna pieza. En Estados Unidos es muy común este tipo de asientos de madera, pero que lucen como los de plástico, pero que no se sienten fríos como uno de plástico. Yo una vez compré en México uno similar, pero después ya no pude encontrar, hasta que finalmente pude encontrarlo aquí en Amazon y a muy buen precio. Muy recomendable. Solo espero nos dure como el anterior que teníamos.
