I paid brand new and received a used backpack. Not only that, but the bag is nowhere near as good as it looks in the pictures, both in appearance and quality. This price is not worth buying, really do not recommend.

I like all the pockets and the quality of the material. It’s made very well.

At first glance the bag looks sharp and feels well made. The feel and look on par with pictures on ad. Very nice features witg tons of pockets. Expandable. Charging port. Stitching is great and ykk zippers feel soft and smooth. Straps are adequately padded. My son loved it! Can't wait to try it out in Italy! Will update if anything changes with longevity.

After receiving this backpack, it reminded me of the line in Black Widow - it has so many pockets! I've never seen a 17'' laptop with so much space and so many pockets. I currently use a 17'' backpack but the depth is so shallow so I really cannot carry lots of stuff with it. However, this backpack for starter, it is so deep which gives it a lot of space to my laptop, over the ear headphone, portable power bank, iPad pro, and travel size wash stuff etc. but still have room left. In addition, the amount of pockets help me a lot on organizing my things. I started traveling with this bag and I love it!
