I have a terrible time falling asleep, even when I am exhausted. I think these help me fall asleep. They don't make me groggy the next morning at all. I believe these little beads do help. They taste fairly pleasant, too. I have bought these repeatedly and I would recommend them.

I ordered this stuff not expecting it to work at all for me. I've always been a night owl, and my bedtime is usually around 5am, but I've wanted to normalize my sleep schedule for the longest time. Hard to fall asleep at 10pm when you just woke up at noon! I needed some help falling asleep but can't take over the counter sleeping pills, as I take Xanax as well for a panic disorder. A frind of mine told me about rescue remedy years ago and I remembered it, looked it up on here, and was stunned to see how highly reviewed it was. I ordered some and have used it three times, and all I can say is FINALLY! Something to help me fall asleep! It kicks in pretty fast, maybe 10 minutes? And then you just feel this natural sleepiness, your brain really does sort of shut off (my brain still wanted to keep going but I found it was 10,000 times easier to shut it off with this stuff) and before I know it, it's morning! I am so very thankful to have found this stuff, usually natural remedies don't work for me, but this stuff did! At this price, it's worth a shot! Ps- they taste just like orange tic tacs!

If I could give a negative star I would. Don't waste your money. Doesn't do anything at all. And worse, cannot return it. Product support leads me to a 404 page that is no longer working. Ordinarily I rave about Amazons return policy, however, this product misses customer service by a long shot.

I know Bach is a great company, and I am always open to finding a more effective sleep aid. However, that tiny orange flavored pill, which I let melt in my mouth just before bed per instructions, caused reflux symptoms that actually prevented me from falling asleep for over an hour. I know I am an exception, but thought it was worth noting if you are sensitive.

They work. And I’m very grateful to found them. All natural I take 1-2 hrs before bed. I try to make sure I’m not taking and then be very active

Love these. Dont like taking even OTC sleep aids. these melts are very easy to take and help me get to sleep fast. I sleep thru the night and wake up refreshed.
