At last, a formulation with all bioavailable forms of B vitamins with added TMG. Even the B6 is in the form of P-5-P, which is important for nerve health. However, I bought this to help bring down my Homocysteine, which was elevated even when taking other B Complex formulas. This really did what it says on the label as it brought my Homocysteine level back down to a healthy as shown by my blood tests. I will keep buying this as it works.

I have tried 3 different products - I even tried “unmethylated” B12/folate etc. I do carry the MTHFR gene and have high homocysteine. THIS PRODUCT…. Not the others works for me. Though 2 caps is recommended and the dosage on the label is according to that - I can only do 1/4 of ONE capsule a day, but the difference in my life is night and day now. Im 67 and have lived most of my life with migraines, anxiety, depression and in the last couple of years I have been increasingly worried about my brain. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at my age and I was mentally feeling worse and worse. I have recently come through a terrible tragedy - the violent death of my 40 year old son. After this happened I was significantly different in my brain. I could not shake the blackness (not just depression) I would wake in the morning and this horrible feeling was with me all day - consistently - over time. I put it down to grief. The first 3 days on this product I felt like I was 20 again. I remembered how I used to have hope and just feel “normal” like this. I realized quickly that I could not take 2 caps a day - I was literally flying mentally and did not sleep the first two nights. Over time I figured out my dosage and I am still in grief but I live every day ‘grounded’ and stable - I have energy and my brain fog is literally gone as is my black feeling in my brain. Anxiety and fear are just not there. I encourage everyone to at least get tested for the MTHFR gene and homocysteine - these tests are now available online without the need for a prescription (at least in California) - easy to find out! This product has helped me reduce my high homocysteine due to homozygous MTHFR. I highly recommend you give it a try if you have issues with methylation.

Excellent product for high homocysteine levels, have had no negative side effects at all, and it does provide a small boost of energy, very smooth effect, and significantly lowered my homocysteine levels.
