Tastes great in a fruit smoothie (Strawberry)
Has everything I wanted in a powder: protein (I researched the different types of whey and this hits all the points+ caseine), carbs, fiber and fat (I'm trying to gain weight).I use 1 banana, a handful of frozen berries, the milk of choice, plus one scoop. Tastes awesome and is a great extra meal.

Not the same formula
They changed their formula after an FDA violation and no longer has the higher fiber content. Also not as fluffy after mixing. This isn’t the same pro 8 as I’ve been ordering for years. Thanks FDA for ruining a good product.
