I receive my box today, the packaging was off. I feel if I was sent a used one I should’ve been given s reduced price. I open it and certain pieces that hold the laser Lipo pads are broken, in addition it smelled and looked used.

Had for a month and two weeks. Tried using paddles for the first time but they don’t work the red light that should come on doesn’t turn on so I don’t even know if it’s actually working. The cavitation head works sometimes.

Bought machine only to get a broken one with screen cracked and not working. Gave second chance and got replacement only to have a second broken down machine and broken holding rack that attaches to machine. Missing items in replacement package:(

The vacuum setting is too high and strong and the buttons don’t do anything! I don’t know if the machine is defected or it’s just the way it is! Returning it!
