It does what it says and i've been using it almost daily since i got it. Not sure why some reviewers dislike it so much but it does its job that's all i care.

The apple kept slipping off the prong holder. Took extra work to get the apple peeled. Almost could do it as quick by hand.

nice but I CAN'T READ CHINESE

I thought I might seem a little lazy because I ordered this. I mean, why couldn't I just peel apples and things with a regular peeler? Unfortunately, I have some pretty icky arthritis in my fingers and they don't do too well with peeling! I saw this item and thought I'd give it a try. I must admit it's absolutely AMAZING! I tried it as soon as I got it and it peeled a fairly good sized Pink Lady apple in seconds! I would definitely recommend this!

This little apple peeler is fantastic!! We broke the one we had, and this was a replacement for hubby. He just loves it, says it's better than our old one (don't know what type that one was!) and this one even comes with a corer attachment, which works great. We recommend this peeler.
