How can I accurately determine the weight of the dart?

Well Hary I guess you could use a scale that would measure the weight. Aside from that, just trusting what the supplier says with the combination of barrel, shaft and flights. Flights and shafts can vary in weight quite a bit.

I am looking for darts for our Church Bazar to throw at a plywood target would these do the job?

These are awesome darts. For plywood I would recommend the 26 gram " Dark Avenger". My reasoning would be you'll have to throw harder to penetrate the plywood.

What is the weight? Grams?

Each steel tip dart has a 22 grams weight (20g the barrel, 1.5g the shaft, 0.5g the flight)

What's the easiest way to insert the flights?

You have to look at the end of the dart where the flights go. Then open the flights so that they are near the angle of the slots. Gently push the flight into the slots & continue to the end of the slots. You are ready to play!!
