Looks are great and as pictured. Only thing I don't love / trust is the grommet used to set the length of the wire. I'd like to see something more mechanical but it's been installed about a month now and no issues so probably not a huge deal.

It gave our kitchen a new look. Especially at night. We love it! I installed it myself as a first timer, the instructions are just hard to follow and had to YouTube it and it’s actually very simple to put together. Overall it’s worth it!

Overall, I'm happy with the purchase because it's a decent enough light fixture and looks okay in the space. What I didn't love about it was that it was clearly low-quality, the fixture doesn't securely attach or cover a standard sized opening for a light fixture, and although technically up to code, the electrical components were not up to my own standards. See below for more detail on this.There were no instructions. Light fixture installation is pretty easy, but I still want instructions just to be safe. The ground wire was separate and all of about 1.5" long. I know that in theory, a non-metal fixture doesn't really need a ground wire, but bamboo does have the capacity to conduct electricity, so I figured it was better to be safe than sorry. Is this actual bamboo? I can't say. Did it really need to be grounded? Probably not. But again, there were no instructions. The ground wire was so thin and short that it was truly impossible to use and broke in half when I tried to twist it. After a lot of frustration, I wound up removing the ground wire from the fixture I had just removed and reusing it on this one.I managed to make it work, but the holes were not symmetrical and this fixture didn't actually cover the hole in my ceiling. There's no way to get it flush withe the ceiling because it simply doesn't fit correctly. I'm leaving it because I got it to a "good enough" point and decided I didn't care enough to deal with it. Wouldn't buy again.

The media could not be loaded.  This pendant light was perfect for the nursery I was working on with a boho garden theme. It was fairly easy to install although having previous experience with installing lights is pretty much essential. The instructions were vague and I had a few issues hanging it even with my experience level. The ceiling plate does not install completely flush with the ceiling so it takes some manipulation to get it in the correct position. One other point to note is that you NEED a blue-hued bulb with this pendant to counteract the yellow ring the rattan gives the light unless you like the very warm light (see video for the warm light bulb example.) This is definitely going to compete with other more expensive lights on the market so if you don’t mind a little extra installation time, this is a great option good budget upgrades.

I cannot say enough about this light fixture. It’s perfect for our dining room gives that mid-century bohemian feel, and we get compliments all the time on it.

Exactly what I was looking for in my little girls nursery. Easy to install.

to screw to baseplate into the metal brackets is nearly impossible. The holes for the mounting screws are like a quarter inch from the ceiling so be prepared to be frustrated getting this thing installed.

These lights are beautiful. We installed 4 of them hanging down 18in in a 20X20 bonus room with a 10ft ceiling and exposed beams. We put 150W LED bulbs in them with a dimmer switch and it gives plenty of options from bright to subdued. The only complaint with them was the supplied mounting bracket does not match the screw spacing of a standard ceiling wiring box but I found the fixture light enough to be secure with only one screw holding bracket to box. The other minor irritant was that the bulbs didn't light up in a couple of them until I bent the tabs out in the socket to contact the bulb firmly. Overall we are very happy with these lights once installed.BenWashington
