Even on electric stove tops no smoke hanging in the kitchen and able to use it on such a high heat
This was the first ghee I've ever used. I have used oils,butters and other things for frying. It made the perfect fried eggs at a much higher heat and had no burning on or in the pan. My eggs had no chemical after taste. I never want to use anything different from my experience

This stuff is good
Try for the first time recently I have been hearing a lot of a lot of stuff about it. To me itโs creamier than regular butter and enhances the flavor. Also, it can be left at room temp without spoiling and a plus it is better for the body . Yes, organic had the lactose removed source way better for the body and has a high smoking point so it doesnโt pop everywhere..

Love its buttery taste. Itโs softened butter consistency makes it perfect for cooking as it takes no time to melt. Love that it is organic and grass fed ghee. Will be purchasing more for my siblings.
