What the actual.... 🤯🤯🤯🤯Hahahaha my brain is fried with this book!!! I honestly have no clue what is happening anymore but I love it 😂😂😂

I had no idea where this story line was going, it is not the typical mafia romance I was expecting at all! No spoilers you’ll have to read it for yourself

I think I spent the whole of this book confused but thoroughly enjoying myself . I love Adrian so much …but WHATS GOING ON

im not sure how i feel about this. i like the style/ how the author writes. i feel the 1st issue was in the begining of the story, Winter dreamed a very realistic and described rape scene with the supposed love interest Adrian that we didnt know was a dream until after. Let's just say even though I found out it was a dream afterwards, I was still disgusted by it and to be frank put off of Adrian and it tainted the rest of the book for me. in no way did i find any aspect of Adrian compelling or intriguing or any pull towards him. All of their intimate scenes still felt off and that the power dynamic of all those scene were weird an off putting. I felt sorry for Winter the whole time. Normally I enjoy a enemies to lover novel or bullying but this didnt feel like that at all it felt like he had power over her in a way that wasn't enjoyable for her even though it seemed like she tried to delude herself into thinking she might have begun to. So all in all I dont know, should i read the next book and hope Winter gets revenge or better yet find someone better. I'll have a think.

I LOVED ADRIAN HE WASSS SOOOO OVER PROTECTIVE AND MYSTERIOUS BUT WINTER I KINDA ANNOYING NGL . SINCE I HAVE READ RAI BOOK I JNEW I WOULD LOVE ADRIAN AND LIA’S BOOOK !!!!!!!!

I. CAN'T. BREATHE! Rina Kent has undoubtedly proven she is not human because no human can write like she does!!!!! EVERY single book of hers has blown my mind and scattered the pieces to the male characters of her books, and Vow of Deception has just obliterated the remaing atom I had left. What an exhilarating start to a new series! And that cliffhanger? WHAT! THE! FISH! 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE release the second book now! I literally can't wait for April!!!This book deserves and infinity amount of stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and Rina Kent herself deserves an Oscar for her books.

I was kind of wary when reading this book in the beginning but not enough to stop reading it and thank gosh I didnt because I did not expect that ending I mean what a cliffhanger. I have not been interested in any books in the while and this has definitely brought back the enjoyment I have of reading like WOWZ. Off to the next book

My god it felt good to be back in the world of Rina Kent. I had gotten sidetracked a few years ago waiting for the next release and then I started discovering new authors and you know how that goes.. BUT we are getting right back up on that horse. So here comes another vague yet detailed review because I don’t want to spoil anything if you haven’t read this yet 😂.Let me start by saying that I loathe miscommunication and being non communicative in general.. having said that I absolutely loved this book and this ended up being my favorite trilogy of Rina’s that I’ve read so far..Adrian needs Winter to play the part of his wife who is no longer with us, but he has a list of standards she must meet and she fails at almost every turn. There was so much push and pull between these two and yet at times it felt as though Adrian was an immovable force who expected our leading lady to completely bend to his will. Oh wait.. that’s exactly how it goes. Perception is everything in this book and he is perceived as heartless and ruthless man who cares very little for the opinions of others. He deals in facts and is always ten steps ahead of everyone, only he miscalculated when it came to her..This first book has a lot of mystery and intrigue. Seriously, it was a cluster f— at times but in the best way; I was hoping I was right about the plot twist and it was everything I needed it to be and I can’t wait to go back and read my breadcrumbs..Like anything I recommend, I strongly suggest you check your trigger warnings for this is a Dark Mafia Romance.

This books is fascinating. Keeps me in my toes! It lures you deep into it's labyrinth. Can't wait to read the next one!

Wer Plottwistes liebt sollte dieses Buch unbedingt lesen. Es ist sehr verwirrend ,aber definitiv wert es zu lesen. Ich musste danach direkt den Rest der Trilogie kaufen. Ich liebe die Charaktere und die Story. Das Ende.. Wow.

This book has literally twisted my mind. Seriously such a mind blowing book by Rina. Just love her writing and characters.

I am beyond words to describe how amazing this book is! I know our Rina Kent always delivers great stories but this one is pure sensational and it’s only the beginning of the ride.We met Lia and Adrian in Throne Duet and you won’t let me lie that they picked your interest - a silent but deadly Adrian and his mysterious wife Lia.After reading the prequel I was so lost with theories about Winter and Lia, trust me, you don’t know what is about to hit you in this story so be ready.I enjoyed Winter so much! She had a backbone and wouldn’t go without a fight. She is still a mystery though. We've gotten slight parts of her past that give you the clear message that she didn’t have it easy but it wasn’t shown in detail so we have to wait a little more to know her completely. To know what she remembers is true or if her mind playing her tricks.Adrian, though. Let me warn you that you may not be ready for this fine man. I wasn’t. I can’t decide which Rina’s villains I want them to kidnap me but right now, Adrian is leading the list, lol.What I really love about him was his devotion to his wife and he will do anything to bring her out. His past, how he met Lia, and other certain thing is still a mystery that I can’t wait to read!
