No complaints. Maybe not as good as the OEM one, but still does the job well. About 90 to 95 percent of the duration of the OEM battery, but much cheaper. I can handle recharging it. They're my spares and I use them when I need them. They hold their charges. That's what counts for me.

The batteries were ordered using Amazon Prime and were received 2 days following my order. I ordered three to be used in my new camera as I do a lot of off shore fishing and have no place to charge a battery on deck. The battery that came with my gps/camera wore down in less than a day using only the GPS function on my camera. This past weekend I used one of the new batteries and kept my GPS on for over 10 hours and took 20 pictures and a 30 second movie and the battery showed fully charged. Outstanding!

This battery was purchased as a back-up for an Olympus XZ-1. I must admit that the purchase was made with more than a little trepidation as my previous experience with aftermarket batteries has been unpleasant.However, this battery has been very functional and reliable. I have been unable to determine much difference in actual capacity between this battery and the original equipment Olympus battery. I can not make any accurate statement as to the number of exposures possible with each battery as I was doing a lot of playing around with the camera; i.e.: learning the menus, experimenting with different settings, making and erasing exposures, etc., etc. Both batteries seem to perform equally.One strange (to me) characteristic of this battery was that it took two or three cycles of charge/discharge to get up to full capacity. And, for all I know, it may still be improving as it has been through only 4 or 5 cycles. I did not know that lithium batteries were subject to needing a few cycles to bring them up to capacity.The purchase itself was very pleasant. The battery was shipped promptly and there were no problems with any aspect of this transaction. I would not hesitate to make this purchase again.

I've had great luck with older SterlingTEK batteries and older cameras. Not so much the newer ones that I've bought for my newer cameras. When this battery arrived, the camera - an Olympus TG-860 - initially read it as being fully charged when I tried to charge it in the camera and the SterlingTEK charger I bought with it also indicated the battery was fully charged. It wasn't, at least I don't think it really was and no SterlingTEK battery I've bought in the past arrived on my doorstep fully charged. I used it in the camera for a bit before it started to give me battery charge warnings. I took out the battery and tried again to charge it in the charger I bought with it and it still wouldn't charge the battery, because it recognized it as fully charged. So, I put it back in the camera and used the movie recording function to run it down. After 10-15 minutes, the battery finally ran down and the camera wouldn't turn on. At that point, I removed the battery from the camera and it was RED HOT. I had to dump the battery from the camera and let it cool for a while before attempting to charge it again via the charger. It finally charged after an appropriate amount of time in the SterlingTEK charger and it seems to be working okay, though I haven't really attempted to put the battery to the test since then as I haven't had much chance to use my new camera. Hopefully, nothing bad will happen.

Bought this in July to replace the original battery in my Olympus camera because that one was no longer holding a charge. This one works with my Olympus charger and so far is performing like I remember the original originally performing.UPDATE (January 13, 2015): This replacement battery stopped working a few months ago, refusing to charge in the OEM Olympus charger. It was great while it lasted, but it should have lasted longer, given its minimal use. Purchased a new Olympus battery elsewhere that does charge in the charger, so fingers crossed.

The review below was about my initial problem with the battery and a 1 star rating. However, I happened to write SterlingTek to let them know why I gave a poor review in case Amazon didn't forward reviews to companies. SterlingTek was very apologetic and sent me two new batteries plus another charger in case the original charger had a problem. This has got to be some of the best customer service I've ever seen from an internet company. I would definitely buy their products again. It was charged upon arrival with the charger purchased with it and placed in the spare pocket of my camera soft case which was also purchased with it. After a week or so I needed to use it in my camera so put it in but it didn't work. I checked the battery with my voltmeter and it was dead. I checked the charger bought with the battery and it showed good. The battery was put back in the camera and connected to a usb to double check the charger. The camera showed it charging for a couple of seconds then showed it at full charge. The battery still wouldn't operate the camera and my voltmeter again showed it dead. The battery was purchased based on customer reviews of it being an excellent product so I'm very disappointed. Perhaps this one was just defective. The original battery worked just fine in my camera again after recharging.
