Q: Hoe stiff are the bristles?

Not very stiff at all, I purchased them to clean hummingbird feeders. The bristles could be a little stiffer and the wand stem longer in my opinion but think they will suffice.

Q: how long is the tallest brush ?

Not very long at all Its 8" from end to end. I make it work, it works better with my 5" feeders and the saucer type. The small tip brushes work great for the holes.

Q: Do the nylon brushes bend? Am trying to clean inside flower pot shaped feeders and need the handles to bend at about 90 degrees

The two largest brushes have uncoated wire handles, which are bendable without a problem. The other sized brushes have handles that I believe are wire too, but are also coated with a plastic tube. I'm not certain if the wire runs through the entire length of the plastic. These handles will bend as well, but bending them to about 90 degrees may cause the plastic to dent and perhaps crack. I don't know for sure.
