Great Gift for my parent
I bough this for my father, he says it sends him to the restroom! =_='' in other words...he loves it as it's working like he expected it to. Plus I believe it's going to last for a looong time since it's just one teaspoon/tablespoon (not sure) a day. So totally worth it.

not worth it ~
not as on commercial - the first time i filled my glass half full of water then added livera seltzer it foamed up and over my glass for a lengthy time. in order for the drink not to over foam; i add livera seltzer to the DRY glass and add 1 TABLESPOON water(not half a glass of water like demonstrated on commercial). stir and let the foam dissolve down, then add remainder of water (3/4 glass). as far as taste and all that i dont have an idea, ordered it for my husband. messy product not worth the time ~ take a fiber pill ;)

NOT AS ADVERTISED
THEY TASTE NASTY. IT HAS WAY TO MUCH BICORBANATED. TRIED PUTTING 1 TSP AND OVER 8 OZ OF WATER BUT IT STILL OVERFLOWS.
