This is truly one of the best advent calendars for kids that I have found.The packaging of the product is just lovely , and so unique to have separate boxes of all different sizes for each day. You have the option to leave them in the outer box or stack, or pile them up under the tree or on a windowsill.The gifts themselves are just wonderful… I was not expecting them to be such good quality and thought at the price it would just be the usual “cheap tat” that you get for stocking filler type items, however my expectations were passed beyond measure. The range of items and quality is just great.I can’t wait to see my kids open their gifts each day… and can only imagine they will be even more excited than I am having just opened a couple for a sneaky look.Hope they make one next year too with different fillers because can see me buying this for years to come!

In short very disappointing! 1 star because amazon delivery was great and arrived before due date.Windows openGifts sticking outSide panel of box tornNothing behind some of the windows all dropped to the bottom and spinning top and a pen not included like it says on the box.I ordered this for my 6 year old daughter since we will not be able to see santa this year and so was going to say he had sent her this since she loves penguins and was only one with a penguin gift inside.Id read the reviews of some of the windows popping open thought no problem a bit of tape stick them down. Not one window was secure.Read the views of some toys becoming lose thought no worries if I'm sticking a few windows down I can put them back in they can't have moved far due to the tray keeping them in place. I'd say 90% of the stuff had moved significantly and was impossible to just push back in.So thought no dramas ill just open the side pull the tray out put the stuff back in tape it all up job done. Yes it's a pain shouldn't have to do it when your already paying out for it but my gosh I want my daughter to have one good day this year! Went to open the side its torn like someone already had the same idea!Went to the other side and unglued it. Managed to unstick the 3 or so sticky pads holding the thin cardboard down and got the tray out. Matched everything up and taped it all in place apart from 2 empty holes and no gifts! No spinning top as it said on the front wrapping and no penguin pen....the only reason I brought it!Can't return it since I've had to butcher it and use a roll of tape to fix everything already but beyond disappointed. Please save your money and buy something else. Wish I'd have got the smiggles one like I was going to! 😭

We have previously had a Tinc advent calendar which we were very pleased with. But this Christmas it was not up to standard?several items were broken or broke very shortly after use and my children are not heavy handed at all. On a positive note though I really loved the individual boxes for each day and they had a joke written on each box and the range of items were good.

Really impressed with this calendar (4th December). The daily gifts have been good quality and my nine year old son loves them. I love having little numbered boxes. You can leave the boxes together, put them under the tree or hide them around the house. I also added a few chocolate coins to the boxes as his sister has a chocolate calendar. My sneak peak when I was adding the coins tells me every day has a gift my son will enjoy.

Brought as a cheap alternative for my daughter, in place of a smiggle calender.The calender itself was very cheap looking, the gifts were pleasing for her though.The clendees cheapness caused quite a headache when a window was opened with no gift inside.. the gift had moved from its hole & got into the next hole.This lead to me opening the whole calender to re position all of the prizes to prevent further mishaps.I guess you get what you pay for, reasonably priced but I wouldnt buy again, I would stick to the more expensive kind to make life easier.As I said, the gifts were still loved.. just poorly made.
