I think this is really good value for a mixed collagen supplement and equivalent to some of the more expensive ones. It doesn’t taste of anything so I add it to anything from coffee to protein shakes, favourite mix is to add to an Options hot chocolate before bed as the collagen power is high in glycine which can aid sleeping.

I am not a person who regularly leaves reviews but I have been using this product for over a year now and I thought it would be useful for those looking for a collagen supplement.I have tried others in between including the 'Primal Kitchen, Collagen Fuel' overpriced for what it is!This has a great taste, dissolves with no grainy texture when added to drinks plus it is great value for money when compared to the others. The product has bovine and marine collagen and when compared to other leading products (including the top-rated one here on Amazone) it has the most grams of collagen per serving.I am no spring chicken but not old either so anything that may help the signs of ageing has to be worth a try. I can honestly say that I have noticed that my skin feels firmer and looks radiant too.The product works well in cooking too, I often add it to cakes and sauces but mainly to coffee in the morning.If you are looking for a value for money product that does the job then I highly recommend purchasing this!

Mixes well, it's best to leave it to dissolve. Has a lovely vanilla flavour which I make as a drink. Can be mixed with food, other flavours available

I have taken this for a month now and I have not noticed any improvement with my joints (I have lower back joint issues) It tastes really disgusting, but smells OK in powder form due to the vanilla, add water and yak!! so (foolishly) I thought it may be the thing to help. I'll not order anymore.
