9" Electric Led Taper Candles with Timer, Battery Operated Real Wax Candle for Home and Parties, White, Pack of 2

I’m one of those rare people who do not care for real candles. They’re such a massive Aisne on the environment both the material and the vessels. I’ve been looking for taper candles that don’t look completely plastic and have some sense of a real look and these are it. They look great, the gentle flicker really mimics an actual candle but it’s not one of those fake plastic orange flames sticking out at the top that looks silly. And the remote control with something I didn’t even know I wanted but now I love. Big fan.

Very good quality candles that look absolutely real - well, they are made out of real wax, but the "drips" down the side are very realistic too. Flicker is also just like a wicked candle - very realistic. Glow is the perfect brightness. Once you turn on, they will come back on at the same time each night at the same time. There is no remote with these candles, however. Also, unlike some of these candles that pop out of the candle holder due to the type of rubber and design of the end piece, these candles will easily stay in any holder. They come with a rubber overlay for the end piece, which is helpful. I've never had one of these candles pop out of a holder. Lastly, the batteries last a long, long time.

These are fantastic! They look great, work well and I’ve gotten a good month and a half out of the batteries I first put in them. They turn on each night at the same time so there’s no effort on my part to light them. The only issue I have is that I cannot use the bottom button to turn them off and back on again, to reset the time, instead I actually have to remove the batteries almost to reset them. However, I have only had to change the time once when we turned the clocks back. Otherwise, not an issue. Highly recommend.

I searched deliberately for candles with a simple bottom switch, NOT a remote, so I was a little freaked out when I unpacked these and discovered they come with a remote control. Fortunately, it's still possible to turn them on and off with the button switches on their bases. I don't know if the timers work since I haven't yet left them on that long. Best news: they are BEAUTIFUL! Natural ivory wax look, thick enough to fit well in my oversized candlesticks (didn't need their multi-sized spacers), "flame" is recessed so they look like real candles even when not "lit," and a wonderful warm glow when "burning." No shadow showing through of the battery (as is apparent in some cheaper candles), and they do take AA (not AAA) batteries so I'm expecting good battery life. Very pleased!

I LOVE these candles. They look like real wax candles except, they are on timers and use a battery. I put in the batteries, turn them on and forget about them. The automatically turn on and off and give a wonderful candle lit light in the room. I use them all year to have candle light in the dining and living rooms. Super functional, easy to use and very pretty.

I used the candles for decorating. I cannot use regular candles due to asthma. These provide the ambiance when entertaining.

I love that these are on a timer. Set at one time and they will run for 6 hours every day at at the same time. I have them set so that they are glowing when I come home from work at night, until I go to bed. They have been running for weeks and still glow brightly. I had two taper holders that you can put in wine bottles and so they work great. There is a rubber cap that fits around the end with the battery and included are two other cap sizes, with thinner walls - so if you have a smaller taper holder, you can use a thinner rubber cap so it will fit. Genius! :)

I've had these candlesticks for 5 years and I still love them. Real waxy candle. Great soft glow. I don't like the look of the fake flames that top other models so these are perfect for my style. I'll be buying another set.

I'm so happy with these LED Taper Candles. I put them on a schedule and every day they light up and off in my upper hallway near a window. They give off the most lovely glow. I'm very happy with them. Of note, they don't look uber real (the taper candle) but they do trick the eye enough. Overall I'm happy with them.

I have to disagree with the negative reviews in this. As far as LED candle sticks, these are the beat. They look real and the timer is so nice to have on these. There is a bit of an artificial look but I feel like all LED look a little faux. I love these and will be buying more!

These are beautiful tapers, I have them on my hall table for soft light without the hazard of a flame. They are perfect for that, and came with a couple of silicone rings in case they did not fit my candleholders. I recommend them highly.

No one would be fooled into thinking these are real candles. I am used to the ones with the dancing flame thingy at the top. These just look like stumpy wands with glowing ends. I returned them (no problem thank you) and ordered some more expensive ones with the moving flame, which I should have ordered in the first place, and with which I am now very happy.

I'm absolutely delighted with my candles. Ideally they should be positioned high enough so you're not looking down onto the fake flame at the top. That way, from the outside, you will only see a lovely, realistic pulsing glow through the real candle wax. Love them.
