Excellent Noodles
I use these for pho, the closest I’ve been able to find that are like what the local pho restaurant serves, still not long enough though, boil for 3 minutes, rinse under cold water, put in bowl, pour the boiling pho broth over top…done. So good.

Tasty noodles.
Needed these noodles for recipe I was trying. Very easy to prepare. Just soak for a few minutes then drain and add to wok with other ingredients in recipe. A little goes a long way!
