My 5 year old loves this book

My 8-year-old loves the TV show and loves these books. While I haven’t watched the show myself, I’ve been reading these with him and have enjoyed them… until this one.The third book ended a bit abruptly, seemingly missing out a sizeable part of the TV show’s plot (at least two episodes I think), and yet this book, rather than covering those events (some stuff about mercenaries and Dr Wu and a laptop etc), they are described in broad strokes across two paragraphs, and the story then moves on.Speaking of the story, it’s pretty terrible. I’m sure the source material is more to blame here than the author, but the dinosaurs seem almost secondary to the story, which is more about some crazy guy and a bunch of robot drones. This is still Jurassic World/Park, right??Finally, the bonus content is also of much poorer quality than before. The fold-out poster has little relevance to the book and has the logo awkwardly stretched, while the glossy pictures in the middle which, in previous books, used to cover a fair portion of the story, in this case all cover events from only chapter 1.I can only conclude that this book was rushed out as quickly as possible to try and coincide with the TV show, but as a result the quality control has been virtually non-existent. Assuming there will be a Volume Five, I really hope someone picks up the slack next time.

Grandson loves these books

If you know someone that is a fan of all things Jurassic Park/World this books are a must! Just like the Netflix show! My kids reading so that’s a huge win!

My 7 year old boy loves the Netflix series and even he will say the books are even better. The pictures and posters in every book are a nice touch.
