Will the 10' extension cables fit in the case along with the GB40 unit and clamps?

It fits my NOCO 10 foot extension cable just fine, and with plenty of room to spare

This should hold a GBX45. The case has quite a bit of room in it. I have not been dissatisfied with this case since I purchased it.

What case fits HB 150 4000 amps?

I bought this because I had before and for the price I have been using it for just about ever thing.

What are the internal dimensions of this case?

There are 2 storage areas. The biggest one is 8 inches by 4.75 inches. The smaller one is 8 inches by 3.75 inches. It has a built-in divider. Overall dimensions are 8 inches long 8.25 inches.
