After taking it out of the box which was packaged well; I plugged it in and there was no power to it at all. I tried different outlets.I can’t return it as I just opened it after the 90 return period was up. Very disappointed since the reviews were good.

This is a great light therapy device that can target several types of skin care concerns. It is very user friendly, lightweight and portable so it is easy to store. The timer and heat settings are great and allow you to customize your treatment. The best feature is all the different colors of led light therapy it offers. You can target everything from wrinkles, fine lines, dark spots to oil control and acne. I have been using it a few times per week for 2 months for melasma and I have seen an improvement in the tone and texture of my skin. My complexion is more even and the wrinkles in my forehead have smoothed out a bit. I used a handheld red light wand prior to this and did not see the same results at all. I also love that you can lay down and use this device and have a spa like treatment right at home. I will keep using regularly and hope to see more improvements.It's a great device with all the led colors at a great price.

I was only about 10 minutes in my very first treatment and the power cord blew. That has never happened nor have I ever had any problems with any of my sockets at home.
