Q: My new cane has a horrible squeak/creaking sound coming fom the handle area. What can i do?

I have never heard the sound you mention. I have purchased three of those canes, and if anything feels a bit loose, I turn my handle to tighten it. Seems to work well with me. Don't think this will fix your problem, but I do LOVE these canes!!

Q: Does the tip of the cane flex or actually pivot, allowing for all points to make contact with the ground at all times?

the tip does not pivot. it flexes somewhat. it also breaks easily.

Q: How does this cane handle using it on snow?

I live in Texas, so I couldn't really answer this question. I wish it snowed here.

Q: Could big foot be replaces with the regular tip in the future? I need both types, and prefer not to buy two canes.

I don't see what not. It is a regular cane so another tip should fit.
