Latin Album

This CD should get one on their feet to dance - especially the Salsa. Aside from the melodically sung renditions of songs by Trini Lopez, it has delightful orchestrations of the melodies. Lopez's orchestrated his music to encourage dancing. He achieves that here. It is the best of his albums!

This was nostalgia time and it was as good as I remembered. It has all the fun and energy that hooked me the first time. I know that it is probably only for those of us who go back that far but wow I loved it.

I already had this album, but it was really old and I wanted the CD version. The whole CD is good - classic Spanish songs like La Malaguena and Granada are included. Also the words are pretty easy to understand for a non-Latino who speaks Spanish. Trini has another Spanish album, but this one is the best.

This album was one of my father's, so listening to it brought back many happy memories. I forgot they didn't have stereo back then, so listening to high fidelity didn't sound as good as today's music but I still enjoy it. If you enjoy the Mexican classics, you'll like this.

I wholeheartedly recommend this album to fans of Trini Lopez! Five stars! Been looking for this album since my high school days in Spanish class! Amazon.com had the album! Great songs like: "Cuando Caliente El So", "El Reloj", "Quizas, Quiza, Quizas".

Trini Lopez high energy and emotional style shows why these classics have endured forever.These songs will be part of Musical lore for another 60 years.

delivered as promised, up to expectaion

Ce cd n'a pas répondu à mes espérances. En fait, cette interprétation en langue espagnole est décevante : pas de rythme, très lent. Alors que la version en anglais de Malaguena Salerosa est au top, emballante. On a envie de danser.
