Being dairy-free can be difficult when you are trying to find creamer for your coffee while traveling. This is not milk, but with you are vegan, it is the best so far. It dissolved well in both hot and cold liquid. I like the small packets, since I can pack it with me on my travels.

Who translated the instructions into English, for mixing this soymilk? They say, "does not dissolve in hot water. Dissolve soy mix in a quarter cup of cold water, then mix with 7 ounces of water at 178 degrees Fahrenheit.. Well, let me tell you, this mix DOES NOT DISSOLVE in cold water. They translated their instructions completely backwards. The mix dissolves in a little bit of near boiling water, then when it dissolves, add the cold water. Now, I told the distributor about this, and I was told basically, that it was no mistake. However, he did agree that not everybody would want to drink their soy milk at 178 degrees Fahrenheit. REALLY? At that temperature, the soy milk only has to be in your throat for 2-3 seconds until you get second and third degree burns all thru your throat and esophagus. And if this company is so irresponsible to sell a product that suggests that soy milk SHOULD be drank at 178 degrees, then what else are they intentionally overlooking, so they don't have to deal with a problem in the product? IF that kind of mistake is ignored, maybe a problem with the quality of the soy milk is also ignored. So what does the soy milk taste like? Just like unsweetened soy milk, without vanilla or any other flavoring, that you buy from the store. I didn't taste the soy milk at 178 degrees F. I don't want 2nd and 3rd degree burns in my throat, because my throat would swell shut, before I would get to the hospital to be incubated. Of course, I would die drinking this soy milk as the instructions state.EACH 30 gram SACHET (makes ONE CUP of liquid) contains.......4 grams fat14 grams carbohydrate(11 grams sugar)7 grams proteinThe package says to enjoy this drink at 80 degrees Celsius. That's 176 degrees Fahrenheit....almost boiling. Even adding a bit of cold water, would still make the milk deadly to drink at that temperature. So until the package has irresponsible instructions, maybe best to avoid this. Personally, I don't trust the product's quality control now. It'd probably be OK to use in hot coffee or tea as a creamer. (My package says good until March 2018. I'm writing this in Aug 2016. So it has good shelf life.) The only inconvenience is that it must be dissolved in very hot water. . Each large bag contains 12 sachets, or individual servings of 8 oz of soy milk. So if you just use a little soy milk in coffee or tea, maybe this will be OK. However, if UNIFOOD doesn't care what they put on the outside of their packaging, maybe they don't care about what's inside the package either.I was provided a promotional package for testing, examination and review purposes.

I bought it as a replacement for the Vanilla SILK we usually drink because we will be traveling in Africa and I have a kid who likes familiar foods. It is not exactly the same but a close approximation.

I really like this Premium Instant Soy Milk Powder Drink from Non-GMO 100% Organic Soybeans - Sweet Original, Bag of 12 (1.06 oz each), Total 12.7oz from Unisoy. I like this type, that comes in several separate packets, because that makes it easier to keep it fresh. I agree that it is easiest to use when stirred in hot water. I use mine to make yummy coffee lattes and hot soy drinks, using only half a packet and they are delicious. I am also using one of the packets as a creamer for my morning coffee since it is much healthier and nutritious than your average non dairy creamer. Not to mention that it is organic. I have diabetes so I appreciate anything that is low in sugar instead being sugar free and made with synthetic sugar. I love the flavor since it doesn't taste low sugar to me.I received this item for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
