Beautiful blind.
The product arrived well within the stated delivery dates and was very securely packaged. The blind is absolutely lovely, it exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong length so I contacted the seller. I received a prompt and courteous reply and am very happy with the solution offered. I really want this blind though, especially now I have seen it, so have ordered another. This time hopefully with the correct measurements!

Smells
Well made and exactly what I wanted. But it has a strong smell which lasts for a long time - I've had it for over 3 months by now and it still smells. Despite that I will buy it again for other rooms because it fits my house design very well.

Excellent!
This totally exceeded my expectation and looks/feels very expensive and not flimsy like I was expecting. I would say it was good value for money, but it's actually good value even if it was more expensive! I ordered one for a very small room, I needed it a custom size, communications were excellent and extremely polite and the response to messages was very quick. It arrived sooner than expected (9 days) and fit perfectly.

Fantastic
Hesitant to write my review before I ordered more incase they sold out! I love my blinds. I wasn't sure if they would be OK because they were very reasonably priced, and usually you get what you pay for, but these exceeded my expectations. Lovely design, easy to install and look great installed. The mechanism is easy to use. I ordered 4 for long windows in a summer house office. Just off to order 2 more for the doors.
