I spent a fair amount of time researching steak knives. After returning another set that were poor quality I bought these. They were more expensive but they are sharp and well balanced. The colour of the wooden handles is slightly irregular but I liked that. Care is needed when handling the knives - they are very sharp.

Only thing is some off the knifes and folks wooden handle the stain come outIn wash up bowl Otherwise very sturdy and sharp. Such a shame really

Brought for a gift for my mom, she found them easy to hold and easy to use as she has difficulty with other knifes
