I bought this item with high hope. Once it arrived, I was deeply disappointed. This item is described as double walled glass coffee mug. Nothing further from the truce. This item is plastic mug. False advertising. Stay away from this item and seller.

The shape of these is marvelous!. Super impressive and easy to clean by hand despite the instructions you might see. I am being conservative because of an experience with a different purchase. These mugs can match so many things in my kitchen. This set of two is just stunning, and I can make tea or coffee look brilliant, peeking through the lightweight glass. The pieces are easy to use and work together as a set, while your guests might be happy to see your presentation as you serve them.So easy to clean, these are a perfect set. I think the glass parts will not get discolored, and the double-sided construction will keep your guests feeling confident that the hot liquids will not burn their hands. I will keep this out on a counter if I want to display them unused at the time. I have many items with this look. These are sturdy. I never thought that something like this would be easy to store without being in a box. Hot or cold, you will keep the temperature longer.Cleaning is easy and has the excellent quality, fantastic display, and presentation. Great as a gift exchange, holiday and personal gifts, or other uses like for you!Enjoy!

When I saw these, I had to try them out to see if they would work for our customers. When I pulled them out of the box, the first thing I notice was how light these were. This can be good and bad. The downfall that I found out shortly after using them is that you need to be gentle with these. The glass is a thinner glass and can crack if you are not careful. If you are looking for a nice looking cup for your home and understand that these will crack or break if mishandled once, then this would be a cup for you. However, if you are planning on using these quite often or wanting to use them for commercial purposes, look elsewhere because you will not be happy.

I love these mugs so much I’m ordering another set. Great for coffee, tea or broth. I can pour 212 degree water from the tea kettle right into the mug. The cool touch is great! The liquid inside stays hot longer than a normal mug.

I bought two of this company's cups, and both of them were barely used, but water got in through the air inlet hole at the bottom. So the water vapor is in between the glass and the cup looks dirty.
