JFIT Slam Ball

I did my first workout with this slam ball and really enjoyed it. It's very easy to grip, and honestly just looks awesome. It's not nearly as loud hitting the concrete as I thought it would be, but you can muffle it even more my throwing it onto a mat or folded towel. I'm a courier for FedEx, so I have a decent amount of muscle mass, and I would honestly say that as a man, the 20 lb ball is ideal for getting your heart rate up without prematurely hitting muscle failure. I woke up today and my physique just feels more balanced. If you're on the fence about getting one, just get it and try it out. Excellent price for such a nice product. Hopefully it holds up over time.

It's a solid slam ball and the price can't be beat.

My original order was sent back because it was damaged in shipping via USPS. When I received my replacement order two days later, I could see why the first one was damaged. It's just the slam ball in a box void of any packing material but included a greetings card and a workout instructions sheet. Granted, the ball was inside a plastic bag, but there is no packing material of any type at all. The ball is made to be slammed but not the box. Now, to the product itself. The slam ball is nice. The star texture is prickly to the fingers, but I'd imagine the corners to round themselves after a few sessions. Only time with use will tell. The weight is what a slam ball should be -- filled with sand-like material and loose. I've read reviews of some other cheaper brands where the weight seems to be a ball within the slam ball. This is not one of those types. This is a proper slam ball. All in all, I would definitely buy again. Just order ahead of when you actually need it in case the box is damaged in shipping.

I am obsessed with these slam balls! As a gym over and a fitness trainer since I am 20 years old, I'm so excited to see some pretty colors. They match the workout room I am building at home! The balls are sturdy, easy to grip, hands won't slip and come in different colors and weights.

Does exactly what it's supposed to - it takes a slamming! It doesn't overly deform and I'm not worried it's going to split open.
