Absolutely love the fact my daughter can take her lunch to school & warm it up in time for lunch. Her teacher allows her to plug it up before recess. We haven’t had any issues cleaning it or any malfunction. This was a great buy because she likes to take leftovers to school in place of a cold cut sandwich. I bought this for my husband who is in his plow truck or county truck most of the day. He always takes a lunch with him but complaints that he has to eat cold leftivers since he doesn't have access to warm his food up unless he is working in the shop which isn't very often. This electronic lunchbox has been great for him. He said he plugs it in 1 hour prior to lunch and by lunchtime it's super hot! He couldn't believe how great it wotks. No more cold leftovers for him!!

I ordered this product as we travel a lot for work and need healthy meals to bring along. It gets very hot in a short amount of time. Sometimes we only have 20 minutes to eat and this warms up quickly enough! I love that you can easily switch car adapter for home adapter.My lids came with small cracks and the seller replaced the lids very quickly, free of charge. Excellent customer service.They are nice enough that i would consider gifting this item!!

We ordered these bad boys for days that we have hockey practice. We travel about an hour (with traffic) to practice 3-4 days a week and it was getting expensive and prohibitive to be eating out all of the time.The idea was to take leftovers and to be able to heat it up in the car while we are driving. All I can say is it works great. If not overfilled, it warms straight from the refrigerator to piping hot in about 40 minutes and on 12V car charger. It holds lots of food and by the time we get to practice, it is ready to eat.It even has silverware that fits securely so it doesn’t get lost. It has a carrier that keeps it warm and makes it easy to carry. It has saved us so much money eating out and probably saved our waist size too!😏

I bought this for my husband to take his leftovers, he is an HVAC tech and works out of his truck all day. Buying lunch each day or eating a sandwich was getting expensive and boring so we figured we would buy this and hope for the best. Great buy! He uses it almost every day, we are saving money and it has lasted almost 6 months so far!

Was super excited to receive the lunch box for work, but unfortunately it came with a piece broken off where you place the utensils. Definitely gonna be leaking the heat when I plug the unit in. Seller is very kind and fast to respond to feedback which is nice.

After reading some of the reviews regarding the quality I was hesitant on completing the purchase. Yes,the outer shell is plastic with plastic hinges and latches but so far it seems to be holding up well. The way I use this is by placing TV dinners that I've thawed just enough to remove from it's package and place inside the stainless steel tray. I plug it in about an hour before I eat and I have a hot lunch. And the food does get hot! I could probably make lasagna in this thing!

Ordered this product June 2022 , went out in less than a year! I am a driver and probably use it at the most twice a week. Not worth monies I spend , would not recommend.
