Spigen GlasTR EZ FIT Screen Protector for iPhone 13 Mini

This was an excellent purchase. Usually, the cheapest screen protectors or tempered glass you buy on Amazon are cheap quality, and will crack and peel apart over time without even dropping your phone. Not to mention, they are difficult to put on correctly the first time, especially without getting any particles you didn’t catch under the film. I was hesitant to buy this, but wow was it worth it. Installing it was extremely simple. Instructions are clear, and the mechanism they provide works great. I was able to install the screen protector smack dab in the correct spot on the only try - and nothing gets under the film. Also, it is much better quality, which I expected from Spigen since I know them to make good protective cases. To the people complaining the mechanism didn’t work - how?! I am a clumsy person and it was so easy that an ape could do it. I wouldn’t be concerned about messing up as long as you follow the instructions correctly. DEFINITELY worth the extra few dollars because I’ve had this on for months and don’t foresee myself having to buy another any time soon. If I had bought the cheap screen protectors, I would already be needing to replace it now, or having to just live with the peeling and cracking plastic interfering with my screen. Saves you money in the long run and you don’t have to worry about it cracking and becoming annoying

We have an extremely dusty environment in our Condo. So I went to extremes to hold down dust to not get it under the screen protector at installation. I do all of our screen protector installations in our bathroom (Switch game, tablets and of course phones) 1. Turned off A/C as not to stir any existing dust up. 2. Ran warm shower in bathroom to hold dust down (steamy and humid). 3. Followed instructions from Spigen and installed protector. Well it went on perfectly with no dust under it and I only squeegeed as a precaution (didn't see any bubbles). I really like the alignment tool it made the part I have the most problems with easy. Also It does not block my front camera or microphone at all as I have seen some say(?). The actual glass spec's met all standards for hardness but only time will tell how durable it is! Note: I have a Otterbox Symmetry case and everything looks great together! I would recommend this screen protector to anyone! Well here I am in February 2025 and I dropped my Mini 13 and cracked the screen or so it appeared! I saw the cracks from where I had dropped it on the screen and credited this screen saver from keeping it from totally shattering. I took it up to the phone repair shop and asked how much for a screen replacement. The tech asked me what was wrong with it? I said the screen!! Well he pulled the Spigen's screen saver off and guess what? It was cracked but my Mini 13 screen was in mint shape!! Great product! It came in the two pack so I'm installing the other one today . I am very impressed with this product!

I’m extremely happy with the results of this screen protector! I watched the video several times, and did exactly as directed, EXCEPT I failed to notice that there is a notch cut out at the top of the phone. The cut out is supposed to be at the top of the phone, and I accidentally put it at the bottom. I was afraid that I had botched it, but it lifted off the phone easily and I repositioned it without the guide. It easily moved as needed and the air bubbles disappeared within a few seconds. I didn’t even have to used the bubble tool. Overall, I didn’t have any problems at all. I haven’t used it yet, so I will wait and see about durability. But I’m super impressed with the ease of installation! I was not paid in any way to write this review. Update: 12/18/2023 - I dropped my phone a month in, and I thought my screen broke, but it was actually the screen protector that has the crack! It did its job. I’m definitely happy.

just had a horrible experience installing the ESR screen protector for my iPhone 13 mini. it was $4 so I said what the hell screen protectors are all the same anyways. now I have used many screen protector and have also used many types of installation styles over the years. there's you're straight up "here's a screen protector, that's it, godspeed", there's your "let's make the screen and the protector as wet as possible until you line it up and then credit card the hell out of it", there is the "here's an lining exoskeleton because you're too stupid to line it up yourself", and then the ESR one I just had was the "here's tape to go along with your screen protector because tape is cheap and we want to look like we are intuitively helping our customers installation process". out of those choices the exoskeleton aligner is probably my favorite. mind you, all of these choices at some point go on sale so I go wherever the wind blows and pick my poison based on whatever is on sale . after 3 imperfect installations from the ESR screen protector, my OCD was running rampant. I had to get the damn thing off and put on a proper screen protector, I told myself. this time I wouldn't care about the price or at least I won't just look for the next on just based on there being a sale. enter this magnificent beast. I haven't used this type of installation system before. it was similar to the exo skeleton one BUT the big difference is a VERY SMALL but CRITICAL one. before I say what it is I don't need to go into detail on how to install the thing, the installation video is more than enough so watch it if you haven't. now back to my big revelation. there is ALWAYS a time frame between you having your phone screen primed, squeaky clean, dust free AND ACTUALLY installing the screen protector. with say the tape method of installation you have to peel the screen protector back and then HINGE back the protector onto the phone. with all 3 of my attempts I would ALWAYS have some dust or hair that somehow got under the screen. with the other types of installation there may be a pause, a moment of hesitation or something that can cause a less than perfect installation. such as the exoskeleton you may peel the screen protector and notice a little dust on the screen and go back to clean the phone. you then realize your screen protector adhesive just got a little dust flying around. good job the protector is compromised to perfection seekers. AND REAVEAL! WITH THIS SPIGEN one, the screen protector itself is protected since it is pre installed inside the exoskeleton tray AND it is facing downward so unless there is some hair or dust flying against gravity you're set. for me I cleaned the screen and the second it was perfect I just THREW the tray on top of the phone. there was no way to miss it. it can only fit one way. as i am a well known idiot, this idiot proof process spoke volumes to me. then just slide, peel, remove tray and voila. also the squeegee included is very high quality. that was a lame way to end the review with the squeegee but I had to include it. moving forward, we as a human race need to continue to use this type of installation for the sake of our collective sanity as phones and screen protectors aren't going anywhere and, as we know, screen protector installation is one of the most frustrating things to do in life.

Likes: high quality, easy application, seemingly robust protection, nice included squeegee for removing air bubbles, 2 protectors included for less than a single protector from the official Apple Store! Dislikes: I religiously cleaned everything before applying, but the glass caught an airborne dust particle just before landing on the screen. This caused a “crazed” pattern where the glass was lifted off the screen that I couldn’t remove with the squeegee. Removing and reapplying did not work (and was even worse than the first time) so I had to throw out the first protector and use the second one that came in the box. Made me glad for the spare, but still annoying that this product has such a strict “get it right the first time or else” limitation when applying, hence 4 stars.

Bought these because I noticed my new iPhone 13 mini has a screen that is much easier to scratch than previous models. (I had an old iPhone 8 and the screen was pristine without a protector after 4 years of use; the 13 started getting scratches within a week of purchase). This protector was very, very easy to install. Follow the directions carefully, and make sure there are no sources of dust nearby. If you suffer from dandruff or other skin conditions, be especially careful to make sure no skin flakes go flying toward the phone. I found a small air puffer from a lens cleaning kit really helped with this. Other than one small particle that got caught, the protector installed beautifully and with no bubbles (so much better than the old plastic film protectors). I did not notice any degradation in touch sensitivity or screen visual quality. Much like the iPhone's screen though, the protector does seem a bit prone to small scratches. I've been using my phone the same way I used my old phone that had no scratches, so it is clearly a feature of the softer glass. However now the scratches are on a $10 protector and not the $800 phone.

Flawless! I am so happy to find this one. Definitely worth it for money. Perfectly fit, clear view, great touch sensitivity, honestly i don’t feel like i put something on my phone. I am so glad i finally found this one. I used to not applying any of these but i drop my phone so often so i was always worried. So happy!

Super Schutzfolie, habe mein iPhone jetzt 3 Jahre und diese Folie, ist nach vielen anderen, super einfach anzubringen ohne verrutschen und Gefummel. Der Rahmen mit simpler Anleitung macht perfektes anbringen super einfach. Diese Folien sind ihren Preis wert würde ich wieder kaufen 👌

Cela fait très longtemps que j'utilise les protections de Spigen et je n'est jamais été déçu par leur qualité, en particulier la qualité du traitement oléophobe qui est beaucoup plus durable et efficace que d'autres marques. Les protections Power Theory par exemple, certes moins onéreuses, offrent de bonnes protections, mais leur traitement oléophobe ne dure pas plus de quelques mois. Sans compter la facilité extrême de la pose du verre Spigen, qu'un enfant de moins de huit ans pourrait parfaitement réaliser. Je n'ai jamais eu de soucis de bulles d'air, ni de manque d'adhérence, il faut bien sûr s'assurer qu'aucune poussière ne soit présente sur l'écran et que celui-ci soit parfaitement dégraissé. Certains d'entre vous vont remarquer que le verre ne couvre pas totalement la surface de l'écran de l'iPhone, mais ayant déjà posé une fois un verre totalement couvrant, je sais par expérience que le frottement des rebords des coques de protection a tendance à provoquer le décollement du verre sur son contour, à la longue les poussières s'infiltrent, les bords du verre finit par être endommagé, puis le verre n'adhère plus. Chez Spigen, le verre à une dimension inférieure d'un millimètre au dimensions de l'écran, ce qui permet d'utiliser n'importe quelle coque, même celles disposant de rebords épais, sans que celle-ci ne pose un problème avec la protection en verre. Je pourrais reprocher une certaine fragilité, car j'ai déjà expérimenté le bris de la protection après une chute du smartphone pourtant légère, mais agissant en protection finalement l'essentiel est que l'écran lui même ne soit pas impacté. Je ne peux affirmer que la dureté 9H soit bien la, car je ne porte jamais mon mobile dans une poche ou un sac avec un risque de contact avec des clés ou des objets risquant de l'endommager, mais je peux confirmer que la protection reste exempte de rayure après au moins un an dans ces conditions. Je ne vais pas non plus faire des tests avec des poinçons, ciseaux ou un marteau, je laisse le soin aux Youtubeurs de nous amuser avec d'autres crash tests. Pour conclure, si le prix peu paraître élevé, c'est tout de même le prix d'une protection facile à poser, durable et compatible avec quasi toutes les coques.

The screen protector is good quality and feels good under the fingers. The installation is very easy and well explained, worked magically! Yay to no bubbles!
