Panama Jack Canvas Safari Hat Black Medium

Very disappointed because the hat arrived crushed. It was packed in a flimsy box with bubble wrap. The strange thing is that the box did not look crushed, it is almost as if the hat was already crushed before being packed!

Ordered medium, received large.Installed hat liing.

I've had so many compliments on this hat I plan to buy another in case this one gets damaged. My wife wants me to have a backup.
