Excellent all-around marinade with a soy sauce base. This best selling marinade adds flavor to seafood such as salmon and other filets while preventing the delicate flesh from drying out. You can also add this marinade to other light meats to give them more flavor and moisture.

I like the labeling and the size of the bottles and ...
What can I say but WOW! I got my order so fast I thought it was same day. The items were packed with a limited amount of packaging, which is a rarity for Amazon deliveries. The product was clean and undamaged. I like the labeling and the size of the bottles and shakers were just right for storage in fridge or pantry.Taste ... mmmmm ... ok to simple but right on target. I like a little variety in my meals and the flavors hit the right spot. I like the pairing of the strawberries and cherries and the Carolina Gold is not found on the west Coast. I Love rubs and the variety here was fantastic. I tested it on fish, pork, beef, chicken and burgers. I like the blackening for that southern spice kick and the Applewood Smoke is a family favorite for a quick and flavorful grilled burger. Then there are the marinades. My teenage son loves the marinades on his steaks after a hard wrestling practice. In short, I am pleased with my sauces, rubs and marinades and I would invite any and all to give them a try the next time you fire up your grill, Q or slow cooker. OOO I almost forgot. I did not get this rub this order, but I have had it in the past and the bird rub is the answer to a perfect roasted chicken or turkey and the Italian Seasoning is my go to for veggies or meatloaf. OK thanks for your time and I hope you enjoy these items as much as my family and I have.

Not good at all
I tried this marinade after years of using Olde Cape Cod's sesame ginger soy marinade. That was, sadly, discontinued. I tried this one thinking it would be at least pretty close, but no. It was awful. It was acidic and had a weird flavor. Save your money and buy Ken's teriyaki instead. I avoided Ken's because of the high fructose corn syrup, but they don't use it anymore. They use a little sugar instead. I ended up donated the unopened 2 bottles to a women's charity. I hoped they liked it more than I did!

One of the best items in my pantry
This bourbon honey marinade works great for baking salmon. I buy the six frozen salmon steaks from Whole Foods, marinate two of them (thawed first) in 1/2 cup of marinade for an hour or two, then bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees in my convection oven. My husband likes this so much, he now refuses to order salmon anywhere when we dine out. My local groceries no longer carry this marinade for some reason, so I order 6 bottles at a time online.

Taste's Like a Citrusy Soy Sauce
I bought this marinade and the island jerk and they both tasted the same, like a citrusy soy sauce. I won't be purchasing this product again. Was not bad tasting, just not what I had expected, especially for the price.

Great sauces for all kinds of meats
Purchased these as a gift, so I do not have firsthand knowledge of the taste. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Flavors sounded appealing and have not heard anything negative from recipients who are sauce lovers.

Very disappointed
Ruined the fish I used it with. Very strong flavor - not tasty at all. Barely edible.
