Not worth the price paid. The instructions for attaching it to the device were not in English. The adhesive is not particularly strong and there were bubbles throughout adhesive. Would not buy again.

Great product for a reasonable price. Arrived on time. Looks and feels lovely, but don't expect a super premium quality. Perfectly measured for easy installation. But need delicate hands for a proper fit. Came with triangular notches on the front corners, therefore stuck nicely around the edges. Glue is not strong for corners might peel off if not carefully used. I used transparent/ invisible tapes to hold them down properly. I had one previously and it come off nicely without damaging the Alcantara. Once again, I can use the laptop with my dirty hands. Silver colour was out of stock, thus ended up buying the black one. Even this contrast is so fantastic (eyesore to some), that I can label it as a limited edition surface, lol.

Writing this after nearly a year of use. Very good product. I wish I had bought this earlier so that my matting would have retained its original premium finish.

A very reasonably priced product to protect the high traffic areas on the alcantara. The plastic is smooth and not textured (which is preferred). The fit of the protector is very good. Only had it for a few hours but I am impressed. The adhesive doesn't feel to sticky, so hopefully it will not ruin the alcantara underneath. I'd be wary of keep my laptop out in the sun for extended periods.

I recently got a Surface Laptop 2 for work. Several of my colleagues said that I'd want to get a wrist protector, and showed me how filthy theirs were (it's really quite disgusting!). I don't know why Microsoft made such a poor design choice. Thankfully, this product exists and it seems to work as intended. If your wrist pad is already filthy, you probably want to get the gray opaque version as opposed to the clear version. It was a little tricky to install, but it didn't take me more than 5 minutes so I'm leaving it 5 stars. I would suggest that the backing have a cut away so it's easier to stick the tracking pad first, and then the rest of it like the directions said. I had to tear the backing myself. Luckily this stuff is very forgiving and if you don't stick it perfectly you can lift it and stick it again. Seems to be a great product, at a great price.
