Delicious and very low carb. Add a bit of MCT to make it a keto meal replacement. Most adults don't get enough protein so I've been recommending this one to everyone. Got my parents hooked now.

Rancid on arrival
I bought these in preparation for surgery. I only just realised they are rancid because I haven't needed to drink them yet. It's really upsetting because I spent so much money on them. They expire next month but all of them taste revolting. Yes, I've had them before :(

One thing to keep in mind is that sweetness is personal. I enjoy it, but someone who prefers very low sweetness might feel differently.
