Volume is louder than others even on lowest level and it spins a lot faster than i would like. Projection is.... well, it's pretty much just a blinking light because the arm is ABOVE the star holes so it gets in the way. My baby just uses the projection on her humidifier anyway so i don't mind.The remote worked but the on/off button did not. I called the company and they sent me a WHOLE NEW MOBILE, free of cost or really any effort - all just for the remote. And for me customer service is a huge deal. They are an amazing company to work with.And honestly, even if it's fast and a tad loud, it's still a great mobile and DOESN'T EAT BATTERIES like others do.Both my babies (6 months and 18 months) love the removable rattles. That makes for a happy mommy!

I bought this for my son for Christmas. I was so excited for it and the first time using it was great. It put my son to sleep and I was happy. After the first use the remote stopped working for the rotation button. So I would just press it in the mobile itself. Now that’s not working any more. The only thing that is working on it now is the on and off button. The remote isn’t working at all. I’m a little upset I was so excited to have this new mobile that I could use for my child. And now it doesn’t work properly. If I was looking for the first time for a mobile don’t get this one. It stops working after the first use. This was a waste of money and I’m not rich. I don’t have money to waste. I would look for something that is better.

This mobile is beyond sweet. The animals turn around like a classic mobile. But the top of the mobile also has a star projector for the ceiling! Saves from having to purchase 2 individual devices. It's easy to assemble, and bright colors are suitable for boys or girls.

When you first turn it on. The mobile moves for a few minutes and stops move. You press the button for it to move and nothing. It make squeaking noises when it’s moving. Like it struggling to move. Everything else works fine.

PROS: I really liked that there was a good selection of classical music. I couldn’t recognize all of them but one was “A Comme Amour” by Richard Clayderman, another was “Greensleeves” and another was “Itsumo nando demo(always with me)” by Youmi Kimura from the movie Spirited Away. There is also an option for nature sounds. It is quick and easy to assemble and my baby actually started smiling as soon as I took it out of the box. He was entranced by me moving it in front of him, even without music. The remote comes with a battery but the mobile itself needs 3 triple A batteries and a small screwdriver to take off the cover of the battery area. You can actually attach the mobile directly to the hook of the stand so if you don’t want to use the mechanical music box thing, you don’t have to. The animals of the mobile are rattles so you can take them off for your baby to play with directly.CONS:There were only 4 minor drawbacks for me:1. When you first set it up, my remote does not turn it on; however, if you manually turn on the music from the mobile, then the remote works to switch songs or volume or even turn it off. Then the remote even works to turn it on again. It’s weird —basically the remote works; however, when you initially want to turn on the mobile, you have to turn it on from the mobile itself. I tried this on two separate days and got the same result.2. The mobile is a bit heavy as it is all plastic. They could have used stuffed animals as the hanging objects but the mechanism of the mobile is still a heavy ball so please be careful about placement. I don’t suggest you put it directly over your baby’s head or close enough that the baby can pull it down.3. I may have missed it so that would be my fault—I didn’t note the maximum width the clamp could open so when I got it, I realized it didn’t actually fit on the side railings of the crib. I jimmy rigged a chair next to the crib, with a weight on the seat, so I could clamp it to the back of the chair instead (see picture). Again, make sure it is very secure with no chance of slipping and falling onto your baby’s face/head, as it is would hurt.4. The light projection in the dark is too quick. It is almost like a strobe light, which can’t be that great for a baby trying to sleep. During the day, the light isn’t very noticeable at all which is preferable for me. You can also use the remote and turn off the light but still have music and rotation.

The media could not be loaded. Edit: customer service was good. They were willing to work with me to find a solution of either a refund or to send a new one. Great outcome no regrets..Bought at the end of October. It's now December, we've used it only a handful of times and it no longer spins. Has our favorite melodies, but just wish it would work...

Item is adorable, but cheaply made. Easy to put together, but you have to force it together and it will crack. Mine separated at the seam. The music is harsh, you can't turn it down, with/without the remote. It has begun to squeak during rotation and the light no longer works. The remote only works sometimes. It is too heavy for a bassinet and therefore; it is not safely secured. This is dangerous. I put it on the bassinet on 2/14/22 and by Wednesday 2/16/22 it no longer operated properly.

The moblie makes a horrible squeaky, grinding sound when the moblie turns, there are lights but very light . The remote is silly because you have to walk in the baby's room and turn the unit on for the remote to work soon. Not happy at all with this moblie.
