Good quality - the ball definitely swings
A suitable training aid. The ball will not automatically hoop around corners; however, with good technique the ball will definitely swing both ways. The contrast between the "smooth" side and the dimpled side means that it is slightly easier to generate swing than with a normal ball, which is a good thing if you want evidence to know that your wrist/hand/finger position is developing in the right direction. In other words, if your technique is good but not perfect, you will still get movement with this ball. But the better your technique, the more movement you'll get.

Swings amazingly but not that long lasting
Very good, swings far both ways. got it hooping. however, small cracks have developed on the smooth side and it is not faring too well after only a couple of sessions bowling. but it does hoop so that’s a bonus
