stops the deer in their tracks literally
This technology is the only thing that keeps the deer away. I have a serious deer problem and nothing else gives relief. Watching the deer tracks in the dirt tells me where to place these units and I now have ten such units guarding the lot. I stand ready to buy more of these as results demonstrate. The deer are very smart about finding the areas of my lot not "in view" of these units...so be prepared to employ whatever number gets the job done. I started with two of these units in the front-yard and found that the deer relieved themselves just outside of the area seen by these units. Considering that as a sound demonstration of this technology, I have kept ordering more of them as evidence of deer damage suggests. I have not had to remove deer excreta from my lawn since employing these units and may even get to keep the nice big roses that grow on my rosebushes...until the deer eat them, which I hope these units will guard against.

Absolutely love it!
This pestzilla animal repelled comes with everything you need to set it up. Right out of the box, it has 3 batteries, the charging cord (although it is solar powered it still comes with a USB cord, you will just need a dongle to plug it in), it has the stake, acres and instruction manual. I have ordered many products lately that come with no instructions so I am very pleased the instruction manual explains the settings and how to use it to deter specified animals. It needs 2-3 hours in the sun to recharge each day or 10 hours to charge on the USB cord. The frequency is very deterring even to humans on the high setting. My dog bolted when I turned it to the "dog" frequency. It has a sensitivity setting that automatically activates the device when it senses animals. When on setting 7, it can detect motion up to 30 feet away! Definitely worth it. Love it. We live right by a large, open field and constantly get field mice no matter how clean we are. I am a little sad that we don't see any squirrels anymore either though, I can't complain when it works so well that all the pests are gone!

So happy with this will pass the word around
Was a skeptic but wow! No more cats crapping in my front yard! So happy with this will pass the word around! Just a warning, as instructions state DO NOT HOLD UP TO YOUR EAR! Husband did and took days to get his ear back to normal. He didn't read the instructions. Me, can only hear slight light clicking when its activated.LOVE IT! Loved it so much went back and ordered 2 more for the backyard!

This Really Works for cats
We have a problem with neighbor cat using our flowerbed every morning. We tried Havaheart critter ridder granuals and did not work at all. We tried fox urine(boy, it was difficult holding the fox still while we tried to catch his urine in a bowl). That did not work either and we humans could smell it for a couple days every time we were near the flowerbed. Bought this as a last resort(Wife said no to shotgun)...THE CAT HAS NOT RETURNED !!! Anxious to see if it works on chipmunks this spring. This was worth every penny we paid for it.

Just purchased another!
Moved into a house that had been vacant for a while, and during that time feral cats and squirrels made the back yard their own. After reading the reviews, I decided to try and purchased two because of my yard size. I put one near my gate entrance, where the cats were seemingly finding a way in, and one in the larger part of the back yard. I have not seen a cat since and the squirrel problem has been reduced by at least 85%. I highly recommend this product!

Cat problems gone
I have to admit, I was skeptical about this unit working. It made a believer out of me. I had a feral cat problem. Cats liked to use my drought tolerant gravel yard as a giant litter box. There is nothing worse than scooping cat poop when it's not your cat. Since installing this little unit, not a single incident. Very cool. I don't know how it works on other animals, but it works for cats.

Seems to be working!
Rodents chewed thru some wires in my husband's car which resulted in expensive repairs. We got this to put just outside our carport, and (later) set up traps to see if any rodents would still come by, and nothing has been caught in 2 weeks. Crossing my fingers that it's working! The ultrasonic sound drove me nuts, even on the lowest setting, so I used several layers of clear packaging tape to cover the 2 speaker ports and it muffled the sound enough that it doesn't bother me. This leads me to wonder whether the blinking light is the most effective aspect of this product. It's very sensitive, and you can adjust the range/sensitivity easily. We staked this device into dirt just outside our carport, and aimed at the bottom of the car. The area is somewhat shaded with indirect light but it tends to get enough power to work at night. It didn't seem quite as sensitive on a cloudy day, but could still be set off.
