This thing works great its a little flimsy but it does the job. Wish it had some indicator lights on it to let you know when its hot but other then that great buy.

1st time user, as long as you work slow and steady, tool is fairly beginner friendly

First one did not work and the second one that was a replaced broke after the second use. I would have returned it if I was at home. No quality at all. 😖

it does the job very neat. i tried doing it with scissors or a blade before (worst mess ever). the only downside is you have to be really careful when detaching the different tools because they come apart and break easy and also, to attach them to the cutter is a little hard.

Works great for foam. This medium is the only one I have tried. You have to be patient and go slow to get a steady cut.Negative is the pokers take longer to heat up.

Does not cut foam as easily as stated.

This thing rocks. I got it to cut pink foam for dioramas. First time using a wire cutter and it performed exactly as expected. There are probably better options out there but this one did what it was suppose to do perfectly.

No problems whatsoever for me. Cuts 2 inch xps foam board with ease. Heats up super fast,easy to use. No complaints.
