Like all supplements, you rarely realise what affect they have on you, until you stop taking them.I’ve been taking these since Spring and have really felt the benefits of less stress ( ie when I catch myself feeling tense and my muscles are tight and I need to let go). Also I get an energy surge around two hours after ingesting.I’ve been in holiday for two weeks and forgot the bottle. I thought maybe it would be good to have a break and acclimatise my body. However, within the first week I started feeling tight and less energetic. By the second week my brain fog and general apathy were back and noticeable.Result, back on them this week and already aware of the improvement.

The smell alone is enough to put you off but I have tried them and I can taste them all day and I took with plenty of water not sure if they will work as I can not put another one of these disgusting smelling tablets in my mouth so for me a total waste of my money

On arrival I recieved a brown glass jar with a metal lid which instantly is a win because it's recyclable either you reusing or adding to your recycling collection. The label in simple and easy to read and has a holistic vibe about it which makes me think of yoga. You get 120 almost oval malty brown tablets which are easy to consume but I suggest drinking with a squash as the flavour is off putting. On initial opening which has a double security seal ( plastic outer and a sealed inner). Now the fragrance on opening is equally off putting as it has a chemical incense vegetable cone type smell is the only way I can describe it and I found drinking with a glass of water didn't mask either the flavour or the smell, but drinking with a cordial really did help.So I wanted to try these as I suffer with anxiety, stress ( when husband works away and my medical issues) and just gone/going through menopause ( well it's been 18 months since things have stopped but the effects of menopause still linger). I also suffer badly with brain fog still but this is now finally started to lift and I don't feel so stupid anymore. I stopped all my other supplements to take these and had a months break before taking as well as more time to consume. I will admit, I didn't take these daily but when I was having an episode I would use and have to say this made me feel a lot more calmer and bought me out quickly from that heightened state a lot faster. Have they helped with fatigue as a result if other thinking? I'm not sure as I have tried to alter my sleeping pattern naturally and maybe they have indeed contributed to removing my brain fog which has left me feeling stupid for the last 4 years. I'm starting to feel like my old self from years ago and finally feeling like I have motivation again.

Really happy I brought these. Heard a lot about this drug and after only taking for a short time I can already feel my stress and anxiety has improved. Lovely packaging and easy to swallow tablets. Will be buying again and highly recommend.

These supplements are beautifully packaged, I love that they're in a glass jar rather than a plastic bottle.It's obviously a very high quality supplement and it's ok to swallow but I really can't get away with the taste of it. It's almost got a very leathery taste and aroma and leaves the same aftertaste in your mouth too.I tried taking these for a while but I just couldn't get on with the flavour unfortunately so didn't take them long enough to notice any effect.

I have disliked taste smell

I'm no stranger to this kind of blend, but I am a stranger to such quality from this kind of blend! The ingredients here are top notch, you can feel it, and smell them to be honest lol, but that's ok. I'm not taking these for some culinary delight, I want to feel relaxed and still focused, and this blend will get you there, for sure.It's smooth, doesn't have a crash or any weird feelings, no tummy ache even on an empty stomach for me. It takes about 1-1.5 hours for full effect but can really help those who have a lot of stress or need to focus on work without having anxiety or worry attached if that's your thing. This can help you manage and get through your day if you suffer with Anxiety the way I do. I've been taking them PRN (as needed) and I'm having a great response every time. I try to avoid daily taking of these kinds of supps because I don't' want to wear out the response or get used to it, so I find taking it as needed but at heavier doses can help. If you are unsure about dosing yourself, talk to your doctor to be safe.

Seit mehr als 2 Wochen nehme ich nun diese Tabletten die übrigens nicht den besten Geschmack haben. Der Efffekt kommt wenn dann eher negativ zum Vorschein, da ich mir nun noch müder und energieloser vorkomme und sogar etwas gereizter bin in den letzten Tagen als davor. Dafür will ich natürlich nicht den Tabletten die Schuld geben, aber einen positiven Effekt kann ich beim besten Willen nicht bemerken.Ich werde die Tabletten noch 2 weitere Wochen "testen" um zu sehen ob die Wirkung vielleicht länger dauert. Sollte sich etwas Verändern, dann werde ich diese Rezension nochmals überarbeiten.

I’m not sure if it’s just placebo effect or what but I honestly felt the difference the first day I started taking this supplement. It doesn’t smell the greatest but it’s not terrible and only one pill is doable. There is bulking and anti-caking agents in there. I wish there was a better explanation on the bottle as to what the supplement does because I got two products from this company and had to come back to Amazon to see what each one did. All in all I think this a good brain and mood support supplement.

This is quite a deal for a 4 month supply of Rhodiola, so how does it rate? For context I am a person who takes natural remedies for anxiety, stress, and panic attacks. I had been taking Thorne brand Rhodiola 100mg capsules. Cheeky Nutrition's 1000mg tablets are far more effective, but with 10x times the dosage that would be expected.Ease of swallowing: These tablets are about the size of the average store bought multivitamin tablets, so if you have no trouble with those, these should be fine for youEfficacy: They're quite helpful for me. I can feel the difference in my mood and calmness. If Rhodiola is effective for you these should hit the spot.Taste/smell: Here's where I deducted a star. These tablets have a metallic smell and aftertaste. Not enough to be a dealbreaker for me, but it's a bit unpleasant. Perhaps capsules would have been a better choice?Packaging: The glass bottle is cool, however this adds risk in shipping. When your delivery driver tosses the bubble mailer containing this bottle onto your porch or steps there's a chance it could shatter.Overall these are a great value. I would definitely buy again.
