For Promoting Root Growth in All Types of Wood and Stem Cuttings Use SHEHRI KISAAN RootGro Dry Rooting Hormone Powder to grow new plants from your existing plants. Its made for rooting leaf, Greenwood and softwood cuttings from the house, foliage, tropical and hardy ornamental plants. How to use: Use pruners or scissors to take cuttings. For most plants, a 4-6 inch stem cutting from current year’s growth is most common. For woody cuttings, wound by making a 3/4 inch notch at the cut end. Then take your plant cutting and dip the cut end into the water. Pour a small amount of SHEHRI KISAAN RootGro Dry Powder Hormone into a small container. 3/4 to 1-inch, for smaller cuttings 1-2 cms into the powder. Be sure to tap off excess powder. Do not return unused powder to the original container because of contamination risk. It’s important to immediately plant your cuttings in moist media. Use a pencil to poke a hole in the soil, insert cutting, and gently press soil around cutting. Then care for the cuttings as appropriate for the plant variety. Cuttings rot 0% success rate
Well it didnt work for me. I am using it now for over a month and failing miserably at it. I know propogating from cuttings hs low success rate but zero percent?? So I decided to do an experiment.I took cuttings from bougainvillea, rose, pomegranate, basil and money plant. I used rooting hormone on half of them and the other half I kept in water. Almost all the cuttings with Shehri kisan rooting hormone died (rot) and sround 80 percent of the cuttings propogated in water were successful.I used trichoderma and neem khali to control fungal rot in the next set. Still all the cuttings died.So I went online to channel "Gardening is my passion" by Dr surja prakash, there in a video he demonstrated using a rooting hormone on cuttings, using sand as a growing media, tried that to no good.So I got liebigs rooting hormone just works wonderfully.

Bad Powder. No Success Achieved for Year of Use!
It's waste of money. I used with a lot plants to root but it never worked. Instead, if I am using natural methods like in-water rooting or honey or even cinnamon powder, I have gained success 80% of the times. But this fraud powder is just feels like a talcum powder, is unsuccessful!

Excellent product
The product turned out to be better than expected. After around 10 days the cuttings are still healthy. I applied with my fingers directly on to the cuttings. Within 4 days the first shoots were visible.

Did not have any effect
I tried it on several different plants (stems as well as bulbs) but there was no difference. In fact there was no root formation at all even after 2-3 weeks.
