HurleyMen’s Hat – Phantom Flexfit Fitted Baseball Cap, Size Large-X-Large, Grey

I buy my husband a new Hurley hat every Christmas. He's very simple and likes black hats with a black emblem. This looked almost exact to the one he had. This hat however is a dark gray with black emblem. It is also a thinner, lighter fabric. My husband actually likes it better than his old hat! Fit was perfect (S/M) and doesn't go over his ears tips.

These hate can only be considered L/XL to a child’s head. Great looking hat but way too small.

My hubby loved it and it is now his favorite hat!

I look for 3 main things in a baseball cap:1. No opening in the back.2. Precisely formed, rigid top panels in the front.3. A rigid bill with a very precise and smooth curvature.Hurley delivers on all 3!I do wish that had more fabric patterns available though, perhaps even with some artwork.

Since this hat is new I cannot address how well it holds up over time. My first impression is that it is a good hat. It appears to be made well is quite comfortable, and breathes well. My only critique is that given my size is a s/m it appears the dome is a bit larger than it has to be. It would be an improvement if the dome was commensurately small along with the rim size.
