I love this shampoo. Lathers fast and has a nice mild scent. I don't like the companion conditioner. That product has a strong scent that irritated me. Most L'Occitane products are wonderful and we use many in this household. The refill pouch is convenient. NOTE: Product description has error, "L'Occitane Pure Shea Butter: Organic Shea Butter, Nourish Dry Skin & Hair, With Vitamin E, Multitasking Beauty Balm" IT DOES NOT CONTAIN SHEA BUTTER. It is not a Balm. It is shampoo. That is a different product. No way to alert Amazon description is wrong.

The shampoo is great. It last between hair washed with a light, pleasant scent.

I will never use any thing else. I hope this is never discontinued. I discovered this on a cruise ship. I could never forget it. It was amazing then and it is amazing now. Very hard to find products like that.

Used to use other shampoo products from L'OCCITANE, but this one is the only one that doesn't contain any harmful chemicals. Somehow I thought the others didn't either, that's why I purchased it in the first place. might be possible they changed the ingredients? But anyway, this one is definitely the go-to if you don't wanna pay even more for hair shampoo.

I have been using this conditioner for years. I love the smell, 5 essential oils do wonders for the hair.Not a giftable item. Price point could be lower than regular bottle, though.

This hair shampoo doesn’t need conditioner or leave in cream. It makes my hair so soft and untangle after the wash and blow dry.Love the scent!

I have been using L'Occitane since 2012 when I was on a river boat trip in France and the ship provided L"Occitane products in all the bathrooms. The fragrance of lavender is delicious. My hair feels wonderful and the smell devine!

Absolutely love this shampoo. Need so little for creamy suds. This refill is really good value.

The product has very pungent smell and I feel it was very strong and can dry the scalp. I didn't like it and wouldn't purchase it.
