Not great value, the photo is deceptive.
For the price, it was a bit of a disappointment to open up.I assumed, wrongly, that once out of the vacuum pack it's would be, a bit more substantial.

Very expensive for the volume
The photograph is deceptive. The quantity looks to be about 1 coconut, maybe 2, worth of fibre - I was expecting more going by the picture. (Tip: I googled fresh coconuts and they are 79p from Asda, and at least you have the contents to eat too!)

I would not recommend anyone buyythis as I was flabbergasted on how much I had and how much it cost , my fault I wish I had read the small print.
