I need stiff leader material for hoochies behind a flasher - is this material stiff and well suited for a hoochie leader?

Plenty stiff and knots a lot better than the blue and is literally 1/4 the price

Whats a good test pound leader for #20 and #30 brain main line?

I have had problems with light line. I would stay with at least #20, STS is brittle. I stick with maxima, it’s more visible at #10, but loses much less fish. It’s the choice between a few more hookups, but you will lose more fish on STS since it is brittle, especially with braid mainline. Take a piece of the STS and try to break it with an overhand knot to test it before you use it. At #10 my 5 year old could break it with his hands, so I never used it again..

I've used this line for the last 4 months before doing this review . I bought the 12lb spool Its supple enough to tie advanced knots without kinking and tests 12-15lbs under stress In the water, the fluro just disappears But with ANY BRAND fluro , if you fish it in dirty water a few times, its not invisible anymore Very happy and great bang for the buck
