Bianchi, 6D Deluxe Waistband Holster, Natural Suede, Size 17, Right Hand

I have a Bianchi holster for a Glock 19 that I bought 28 years ago that looks identical to the photograph. It is not adjustable, but it is a nice soft suede leather that fit the gun perfectly. With my kid deciding to follow in my career choice, we shopped for a backup gun (he chose a Glock 26) and I ordered this for an off duty/attach to the vest strap backup holster.First problem, it does not fit a Glock 26. I looked at Bianchi's website, and it lists this model as fitting, but it does not. Shoving the pistol in hard enough to partially cycle the action still leaves the non-adjustable portion of the strap (with the female portion of the snap) barely clearing the back of the slide. The second issue is the material. This is not the suede leather of the holster I own that is pictured in this listing. Another reviewer said it looks like faux leather and I agree. I don't think it IS artificial, it smells like leather, but it is not the suede leather pictured in the listing and feels very cheap.I like the adjustable strap and I think it is a great idea for an off duty holster. If this holster fit the gun it was advertised to fit, I would have given it at least three stars, while still being disappointed in the quality of the materials. This may be a better holster for another handgun, but for a Glock 26 it is not a match at all.

I purchased this Bianchi holster for concealed inside the waistband carry for my Glock 26. I bought it because I have the same holsters for both my SIg 226 and my Sig 232 and I love it. It sits well and is comfortable. The quality is top-notch. It is easily adjustable and fits the guns well. It only gets better as it breaks in.The 6D for my Glock also has great fit, comfort and quality. The only drawback is it sits just a little bit high when tucked in my waistband. I wish the belt clip was slightly higher on the body so the gun would sit a bit lower. It is still workable, though. Aside from that, five stars all the way.If I am outside my house, I have my Glock on my hip. This is my holster and will not be looking for another. Based on my other Bianchi holsters, I will use it for many years to come.

This is an exact replacement for a Glock 26 bianchi holster I have had and carried everyday for 23 years. The origional holster was beautifual suede. This one doesn't even appear to be leather. Its like a cheap pho leather. Much thinner and flimsy than my origional. I am way dissapointed. The origional one looks like the picture. The one I received looks and feels similar to fake leather boot material from payless shoes. I recently went to a gun shop to purchase this same holster which was real soft suede leather but without the snap. So I decided to order it on line. Well it turned out to be junk. I dont even think its a real Bianchi.

Holster rides a little high. To release thumb break, you must press thumb down between snap connections. You cannot press inward toward your body for release. The soft leather is not sturdy enough for that.

The holster is OK. It will keep the sweat off which is what I was going for, but tough to get in & out of waistband.
