Nice selection of colors and good price, or so I thought. This thread jams the sewing machine. It wraps itself around the needle lifting arm and breaks every 15 or so stitches. Maybe it would be good if you're hand sewing, embroidery or cross stitch, just not in a machine.

The colors of thread are really pretty. While the thread works in the sewing machine fine, it is thicker than regular thread. Will probably only use this when I need certain colors.

These appear to be the same threads as another box of 100 sewing threads that I have gotten. A couple of the threads look to be a slightly different shade, but that could be my eyes or their dying process. I do like all the many different colors in the set and they work well. I don't like the type of spools that they are wound on as my past experience with spools such as these is eventually a chunk of thread will fall off the spool and it is next to impossible to fix it. However, we will see how these behave.I appreciate receiving these. Thank you.

My test for good thread is to pull a strand until it breaks. If if breaks with some pressure, it's not good. This selection did pass my test easily. The variety of colors is excellent, so many pretty colors including the spectrum from dark to white, pastels and jewel tones. I would have paid more for more thread per spool but this will work for now.
