These speakers had both good and bad reviews, so I was worried about buying them. The price had me, though. I figured I could at least return them if they didn't work. Great news...I will not be returning them! They are powerful little things! Same quality of sound as my Macbook, if not better. The size is also perfect. I'm taking them to work to use. I really like that it has the quick volume control wheel, so that when people come up to my desk, I can turn it down quickly without interrupting what I am doing on the computer. I'd purchase these again for sure. I was unsure of the size when I purchased, so I included a few pictures that I hope will help the next person out :)

Love these cute little pink speakers! They really are powerful and perfectly solved my problem of not being able to hear things on my little netbook. They also have a volume control switch on the cord, so it is easy to raise or lower volume, instead of having to deal with keyboard controls. I was leery about buying these, based on some folks' complaints, but they have really been a pleasure to have. Their sound is surprisingly good. The first time I plugged them in, I thought they were Dead on Arrival because I heard nothing, but after a pause they started to work and so far, knock wood, so good! :))) HAPPY! And I like the cheerful pink color and cute design.

These are really pretty and look well made astetically but the sound quality is bad. It took me a few tries to get this to work. Worked for a second and then took me 20 mins of trying to trouble shoot. Once working the sound is really muffled and there is static. These may be good if you don’t care about playing these at max volume but they won’t be that loud. Not worth it in my opinion

Small and cute, I got these for a desktop because I wanted pink speakers. The sound is slightly tinny-like but decent. I mostly use headphones on my desktop but wanted to get some speakers for those rare times I don't. If I had to put a label on them, it would just be 'they're okay'. Not too great but not too bad.

Purchased because my set up is pink and white, decided on pink speakers because they were cheaper. Very cute and love how little they are for the space I have, but even when I'm not using them, you can hear a little white noise/hum. Good for the price I paid, playback is good

These speakers are beyond cute. They sounded good when they worked but they bit the dust less than two months after ordering. Glad I didn't pay much because they are literally desk decorations at this point.

these are very low level, the sound isn't even the amazon basic quality ( I had those already) so this is surprising. I had read other reviews, thought maybe I would try these, but maybe mine are defective? I feel you cannot hear them very well at all, and I do have perfect hearing and played them in a quiet room... so this is dissapointing, I think the manufacturer should fix the sound on these.

After 5 months of use they started to make high pitched grinding noises and static. They didn't sound super good to begin with. Wouldn't recommend unless you just needed some cheap temps.
