Firstly, I was amazed by how comfortable these insoles are. The elastic material feels soft against my feet and provides excellent cushioning. I can wear them all day without any discomfort or pain. The insoles fit perfectly into my shoes, and they stay securely in place without slipping or moving around.The best part about these insoles is the noticeable height increase they provide. As someone who has always wished to be a little taller, these inserts have given me a significant confidence boost. They discreetly add a few extra inches to my height, making me feel taller and more confident in social and professional settings.

Bought for trainers as I suffer with a back problem. Average of 25,000 steps a day whilst in Disney and certainly helped. Will buy another pair for other footwear.

Don't bother buying this product. Not worth the money. Wore this for less than 24 hours and it's already falling apart.
